Normal Nigori sake has a taste like rich and sweet but this Koikawa Kohaku Nigorizake has dry and clear taste but on the palate it has a creamier texture than normal sake. Fermented with low temperature gives variety range of temperature to enjoy this Nigorizake.

Excellent compatibility with Italian dishes using olive oil and especially with fish. To taste the aged flavour, do not overcool it. Recommend to serve room temperature to warm.
